Series 1: Episode 2 | Mind Body Balance

Today I talk about what the mind-body balance is. This has been a long standing debate within psychology and the medical model, where nothing had been decided upon. But with our modern society we are turing towards a more mind-body apporach to healthcare. People who are holistically attuned to their bodies often talk about and mind, body connection. The mind and body connection is the recognition of the link of how important these two concepts are. Without these two concepts in sync you become out of balance.

Our mental and physical being is paramount to our survival. This determines the type of life we lead. The classical approach to our mental wellbeing is that our brains chemistry affects our thoughts and actions.
